Civil Rights Commission says no to ladies nights.

Posted on June 28th, 2007 in News and Editorials by IW

Colorado Civil Rights Commission on Monday ruled that ladies night is illegal, but has no authority to sanction bars. The ruling opens the door to lawsuits for gender biased pricing. Steve Horner who brought up the inquiry also is requesting gender free advertising, banning “Ladies Night” advertising and discounts.

I can’t remember the last time I seen a feminist protest a bar to ban ladies night. (Oh ya, Never…) Lets hope the next lawsuit is to ban gay and lesbian bars and events from baring heterosexuals. (Which is popular to do in Seattle.)
