Florida Man owes $10,000 in support who is not his child.

Thursday, July 12th, 2007

Florida man jailed for owing child support for a child not his. link @ cnn

Typical legal policy, they only give you 60 days to challenge paternity tests, but in child support cases, they don’t notify you until years later after, Youre a daddy, pay up. Too late to challenge paternity.

What happens with the child is not yours? Well, nothing, you can try to fight, but the family court needs the money, so they will fight you. (They are not on your side, you have no legal rights in Family courts, they are corrupt as the Nazi Party.)

And if you are lucky enough to stop the child support, what happens if you where lied too and paid child support for a kid thats not yours? Though shit, fraud is legal in family courts. Men have no rights in family court.

And of course, even though you are not a criminal, you can be put in prison for not paying child support, under “contempt of court” a way to bypass a jury trail.

So, lets recap.

1. No due process.
2. No trial by jury.
2. Indentured servitude.

They might as well make men wear little stars and armbands.

International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA) - Mens are criminals.

Wednesday, July 11th, 2007

I was posting in another forum about TopRights a group in Washington State to help promote equal parenting and help promote unbiased legislation for non-custodial parents.

When someone mentioned Washington State Senator Maria Cantwell is pushing her male hate project the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA).

It seems to protect the world from American Men, the IMBRA would make all men who communicate with women overseas have a background criminal search and given to the other person. They reference 40,000 women in the slave trade, as American Men have anything to do with that. They also reference 5 women who died who where not Americans. Another false argument. We don’t hear Cantwell try to support the 60,000 women who died in Russia each year. American men sounds like a better marriage opportunity for these women.

Doing some more reading, seems that Divorce rates are 20% for foreign marriages, compared to 50% of domestic marriages. I can see where this would frighten women and a law must be to protect American Women.

The big issue is we now have a self sustaining movement to fund more anti-male projects. VAWA grants are given to feminist groups such as Tahirih.org to promote female empowered legislation such as IMBRA.

Men, wake up, Cantwell thinks you’re all criminals, and laws are being put into legislation.

David R. Usher has helped bring the truth about IMBRA and and other mens rights issues. If you have not had the chance to read his articles, I suggest you do so over at Mens News Daily. Well worth the read.

Japanese men turn to love dolls over women.

Monday, July 9th, 2007

Interesting article about how Japanese men are turning to realistic love dolls over women.

Love dolls where originally created for handicapped men. Now men who also feel betrayed or emotionally turned off by real women are turning to love dolls.

Pretty much states the decline of relationships when men and women have to turn to toys for emotional and sexual gratification.

Court protects father's rights, State tries to take them away.

Sunday, July 8th, 2007

While I applaud the news that the courts side with fathers for once, that fathers rights cant be terminated without a jury trial, this are some major problems with this news.

1. The state argues that men are criminals and the safety of the child is the real issue. (Humm, Liar, Liar, pants on fire! Push your Feminist agenda somewhere else.)

2. Men are not allowed to know they have children until an adoption takes place, especially if the man is behind bars.

Men in jail or not deserves to know if they have children, with America having more prisoners than any other country is going to have to face that facts that a good population of men will be in jail. The easiest way to remove the rights it to classify a man as a criminal, and America is doing a good job at it.

Lets not even go how juries are wrong 1 in 6, so even having a jury trial means you wont have justice. Land of the free, Home of the enslaved.

76 year old grandmother gets house arrest for armed bank robbery.

Saturday, July 7th, 2007

Amazing, a 76 year old grandmother only gets 2 year house arrest for bank robbery.

If this was a 76 year old guy, he would die in prison. No matter what their excuse.

Wikipedia - The ban on mens rights articles due to Notable sources.

Thursday, July 5th, 2007

Wikipedia the source for information and the top search results on Google is important in finding information. Yet, Wikipedia has a dark side, a side that people don’t often talk about.

Censorship concerning mens rights.

MGTOW is an active movement, it’s the core movement and description for men in the mens rights movement. People for 2 years have been trying to add the MGTOW article, and its always been deleted and cited for Notability or Copyrights.

The copyright is released under the creative commons, so that one is easy to verify, and the editors quickly move onto the Notable excuse.

The NOTABLE excuse is major mens rights groups are not an authority on mens rights. That we have to have a 3rd party more notable then the mens rights experts! The people who wrote MGTOW guidelines/philosophy and put it on the Mens Activism Wiki are the authority.

I tend to think of wikipedias Notable clause for mens rights as “Asking a wolf to write about sheep rights”.

I’ve tried to post a few articles on there, and sometimes they are deleted and sited “Not Notable” and deleted. The problem relates to people who are not subject matter experts, and needs/wants proof, which is GOOD for mainstream subjects. But mens rights is not mainstream, and thus we have the problem of not having normally acceptable NOTABLE proof. A movement without major discussion on a national level, so no proof that it exists! So I claim to use the proof of what exists, but thus that is denied. (I’m still trying to get them to allow the article, with no luck.)

Wikipedia is great, but if we can have articles on 4chan and List of animals in the Simpson’s it should have articles on the major mens rights philosophy MGTOW.

Domestic Abuse 101, Blame the man

Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007

Here in Washington State, the Washington State Coalition Against domestic Violence drafts the bills that becomes law.

WSCADV actually goes farther than that, they lobby the government to help craft the material used by judges, police, perpetrator treatment, child support, welfare, housing, employment, child services, crisis centers, free legal services, etc.

If you view their website for the 2007 priority list, you can see some of the far reaching aspects of male biased DV programs can touch.

@ www.wscadv.org on its Legislative page.

PRIORITY LEVEL 1
• Increase domestic violence legal advocacy funding in CTED budget to $4.5
million for 2007-2009 biennium
• Maintain shelter and advocacy funding in DSHS budget
• Improve child custody decisions in cases involving domestic violence
• Improve training and accountability for court personnel and professionals working
in family court system

PRIORITY LEVEL 2
• Strengthen WorkFirst program response to domestic violence survivors
• Strengthen TANF, GAU, childcare and other benefits programs
• Protect victim records held by government agencies
• Strengthen Housing Trust Fund resources to support domestic violence shelters,
transitional housing and rental housing vouchers
• Improve Child Protective Services and Child Welfare Services response to
domestic violence survivors
• Support domestic violence survivors in the workplace

PRIORITY LEVEL 3
• Support funding for Crime Victims Compensation program
• Support civil legal representation and supervised visitation services for victims
• Reduce barriers to victim and witness participation in the criminal legal process
by prohibiting inquiries about immigration status
• Support law enforcement and prosecution response to hold abusers accountable
• Support recommendations of the Anti-Trafficking Task Force and the Domestic
Violence Hope Card Study Committee

There are over 8000 womens groups in Washington, and under 10 for mens rights.
Men wonder why they are being persecuted, easy, its written into its law.

There are 8 state paid for DV crisis centers, none can accommodate men. Boy children and Men are not allowed at these centers and most private centers.

The state ignores the estimated 25,000 abused men in Washington state.

The state used the Duluth Model in its material and training. Basically the model states Men are the persecutors and women/children are the victims.

All men who have to take anger management or domestic violence treatment will attend a center that uses the Duluth Model. Brainwashing that men are abusers, and can not be a victim due to gender. This is not true, abusive behavior is not gender specific.

The biggest problem with the domestic violence problem, is that abused women run the system. When you put victims in charge of the legislation, they get even by taking away the rights of men. Gender neutral legislation is the key, with support for both Men and Women. But in reality that is not the case. Men are sitting by while the majority of laws and services are being put in place to classify them as criminals, cutting off support, and provide financial incentives to incorrectly classify them as abusers.

When the judges who sit on the bench go off the laws written by victimized women, men can expect no equal justice. Innocent men will pay for mens inactions.

Ivory Webb the cop who shot unarmed Air Force senior Airman Elio Carrion, found not guilty.

Sunday, July 1st, 2007

We speak about mens rights, but one of the areas not often discussed is the ease of killing a man with justified lethal force. While the airman lived, it shows how a mans life is not protected, and can be easily taken at any moment in a society that sees men as the criminals. Federal and civil lawsuits are the next step in the airman’s attempt at justice for being shot multiple times without cause.

If you missed the discussions about this case, one of the most popular arguments made is that if the airman was killed, nobody would contest the case. It’s only when men live that the cases make publicity.

The video clearly shows a cop shooting an unarmed man who was cooperating with the officer. This version of the video bleeps out the police officers abusive language. A uncut version can be found on KLTA
