Condemned Ga. Killer Wins 90-Day Stay

Tuesday, July 17th, 2007

If anyone has been following the news about the Death Sentence of Troy Anthony Davis in Georgia, its quite an interesting read.

About 18 years ago a police officer was murdered, people testified Sylvester Coles was the killer, Davis was arrested, Coles said Davis was the killer. Davis turned himself in knowing he was innocent. The police put pressure on people to testify against Davis, just to recant later due to police abuse. His lawyers showed up drunk, (and disbarred later), and Georgia has no appeals process for death row inmates. (Quicker to execute em that way…)

And to top this off, the Federal government passed a dip-shit law to execute McVeigh quicker, which fucked innocent people on death row looking for a Federal Appeal. (Congress leave shit alone already..)

I’m not sure if this guy is guilty, the police beat testimonies from people to have them recanted. The prosecutor hid evidence.

This is why modern countries don’t have the death penalty, Cops cant be trusted to do their job when it comes to cop killers. They lock onto a wrong man, and will beat confessions or testimony.

Its 2007, and we still have this bullshit from the courts on death row inmates. Execution is a desperate act for a corrupt political system.

Divorce hits men harder: StatsCan

Monday, July 16th, 2007

Nice to see news about how divorce is harder for men, even if its Canadian news.

1. The spouse is most often the mans best friend and partner.

2. Loosing access to the children is very emotional to the man.

Yes, Womens needs are addressed, the only thing considered about the man, when can he start paying child support.

Men’s emotional needs are often interpreted as domestic violence behavior, which shows a gender bias. Take away his family, his spouse, and kick him to the curb, hes going to show a strong emotional tie to his family.

This is why male suicide is so high, in fact, it should be re-classified as MURDER by the state.

Consensual Sex or RAPE

Monday, July 16th, 2007

Blog over @ WIMN online has a short blog article about the terms “Rape” and “Sexual Assault” over the term “Having Sex”.

The problem with “Rape” or “Sexual Assault” is the automatic prejudice they put in a jury. They put the jury in a mode to find a defendant guilty before the trial starts.

We want fair trials for all genders, so the term “Having Sex” is often used. “Having Sex” is true in disputes where a person disagrees after, its up to the jury to decide if its rape. I find that to be a fair trade off, until you are found guilty of Rape, you shouldn’t be labeled.

Restraining Order 101 for MEN.

Monday, July 16th, 2007

Do you know about restraining orders?

1. Police will arrest you if called out. No proof is required, you will be arrested, that is their duty.
Proof is not required, due to the safety of the victim. In theory it would make sense, but in reality, women can have you arrested on purpose.

2. It’s almost impossible to get dual restraining orders.

The person who doesn’t have a restraining order can walk up to you, and you will goto jail for breaking a restraining order.

3. Federal Law removes your right to own weapons.

The police will confiscate all firearms. Police often will not give you the weapons back, selling them for profit.

4. If you are on probation, just being charged for breaking a no-contact will break probation.

Straight to jail, do not pass go.

5. If charges are dropped, is the restraining order?

No. The state classifies the person as a victim, the state has to drop the charges, most often they will not.

Washington Feminist Jeep. (Just Kidding)

Feminist Jeep

Famillies Seperated by the State.

Sunday, July 15th, 2007

New American has an article about nine-year old Tevana Tranberg, she fainted in the grocery store, and was taken to the Hospital by ambulance. A female doctor was upset that the parents asked for a second opinion. Dr. Catherine James tried to get a restraining order against the parents, was denied so she reported the parents to Department of Social Services (DSS). Then directed the parents to have the child see their doctor within 48 hours. The parents took their daughter, setup an appointment with their pediatrician the next morning.

Suddenly the police along with a SWAT team showed up with Child Protection Services (CPS) to take the child into custody. The police took the 5 children including a baby. This article goes on, but I recommend you read it in detail, about the abuse of powers about CPS @ The New American

What I find so F*CKING troubling is,

  1. DSS Lied to the CPS that the parents fled the hospital. (Blamed the doctor)
  2. CPS Lied to the Police, that the children where being abused. Police used the SWAT TEAM with DOGS.
  3. CPS Lied to the parents asking them to sign a waiver so they could get their children back, when the waiver actually lets CPS hold the children for a year.
  4. No court order or proof was needed to take the children, No checks and balances.
  5. CPS tells the mother to get a restraining order (AGAINST THE FATHER) to get the children back, when the mother says there is no abuse.

Basically, we have an army, police with assault rifles, guard dogs, break into your home, take your kids without due process. No warrants, No Judge, No jury and possibly KILL YOU.

DSS arrested one mother and put her in a psych ward for disagreeing with them. No jury, No court, straight to the hospital. The police arrested reporters investigating these court cases, the police lost in court, but still they assisted in kidnapping.

What is someone suppose to say after reading stories like this? Government agencies can come into your home and take you and your family away without a trail? SWAT teams armed like the military trained to kill you?

No Knock warrants? How about No-Knock kidnapping and false arrest.

Disgusted.

Site software switched from E107 to Wordpress

Sunday, July 15th, 2007

Tired of not having search friendly URL’s, I have switched the site software from E107 to Wordpress.

Wordpress has many features E107 doesnt support, and E107 isnt going to have in the near future.

The nice thing, URLS for news articles have the topic in them, much easier for everyone to read.

Thanks,

Drive too fast, you must have a small penis.

Saturday, July 14th, 2007

Saw this ad, seems Australian RTA ‘Pinky’ commercial, is trying to make a point, if you speed, people will think you have a small penis.

Found some information on this at Caradvice.com.au
I don’t see the commerical talk about womens breast sizes or if they have AHP.

Ron Paul 2008 - Mens Rights Supporter.

Saturday, July 14th, 2007

It’s hard to even think of voting Republican, as a die hard Libertarian I want less government intrusion in my life. Equal rights for Men in family court.

Looking for a candidate that supports Mens Rights and Fathers Rights has been sorely lacking.

Take the IMBRA bill. The bill that makes it illegal to use a dating service for overseas women for American Men. (A Hate bill against men, passed by Feminists, and charged by one, Maria Cantwell D-Washington)

Only 4 people actually read the bill and voted against it!

Ronald Paul (R-TX)
Martin Meehan (D-MA)
Thomas Tancredo (R-CO)
Diane Watson (D-CA)

Hildog Clinton supported the Bill, she is a feminist that hates men, and the leading Democratic runner.

So, for Mens Rights supporters, I’d say Mike Gravel or Ron Paul, if Mike Gravel makes it on the ballots, I’m voting for him.
