Lap Dances Protected By Constitution

Saturday, June 30th, 2007

I agree, Consenting adults don’t need laws governing their actions. Free speech is freedom of communication in any form.

Now if we could just legalize prostitution, marijuana, and tax them.

Civil Rights Commission says no to ladies nights.

Thursday, June 28th, 2007

Colorado Civil Rights Commission on Monday ruled that ladies night is illegal, but has no authority to sanction bars. The ruling opens the door to lawsuits for gender biased pricing. Steve Horner who brought up the inquiry also is requesting gender free advertising, banning “Ladies Night” advertising and discounts.

I can’t remember the last time I seen a feminist protest a bar to ban ladies night. (Oh ya, Never…) Lets hope the next lawsuit is to ban gay and lesbian bars and events from baring heterosexuals. (Which is popular to do in Seattle.)

Golf and Lapdances

Wednesday, June 27th, 2007

Truly an amazing combination, Golf and Lapdances.

Typical Manginas who get offended and try to hide behind their kids. These chicken sh*t men who get offended by guys getting lapdances really need to go ask their wives for permission to have their balls back.

The women where only doing lap dances, in a private golf course, but these girlymen want to make the wife happy had to try to sneak on the “private” golf course and take photos. Ya sure.

I hope they get arrested for trespassing, stalking, being a voyeur, and dream about what can’t get… I’m sure they are at home cranking one out, wishing they could afford the membership fees.

Males banned from beach in Italy.

Monday, June 25th, 2007

Seems the Riccoone resort has banned men from the beach. They wanted a more Female friendly atmosphere. Of course the no men signs are the same as no-dogs allowed, a circle with a line through it. But, Dogs are allowed.

A Fathers Choice

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Saw this video over at AntiMisandry.com (Great Site BTW please visit it.)

*UPDATE*
Found out the movie isn’t out, but soon. Details on the afatherschoice.com site.
http://www.afatherschoice.com/aboutus.html

also check out http://www.myspace.com/afatherschoice

Based on a true story about fathers rights in Tennessee. Legally, Fathers don’t have access to their children if not married. How family courts treat the fathers like criminals (In most states).. Whats worse is how child abuse is ignored and a father helpless frustration to end it.

I’m really looking forward to this movie, sad that its based on current legislation for many states, but this needs to be told.

I’ll be keeping an eye out for mere news on the movie, and will post when I see something. Hope we hear more about this movie in the mainstream press.

Child support, Ops, I mean State Support.

Saturday, June 23rd, 2007

Latimes is running an article about large child support collection payments, latest at $311,491 dollars.

My favorite part of the article, state takes 1/2 for to help it run its
“services” in collecting from dead beat dads. This scam is so common in the USA, parents are required to pay to the state not the custody parent.. You can actually goto jail for paying child support directly.

This is the reason they need such high child support payments, so the state gets its cut, and the parent feeding the kid gets some. Its not uncommon for 6000 dollars a month in California, Yes, 6000 dollars to feed a kid? UN-Fcking believable.

Rumors are Seattle is trying to raise support by 70% to help cover costs.

Emails and Fireworks.

Friday, June 22nd, 2007

So, typical dad wants to do a fireworks show for his kid. He of course emails the mother a photo of their 12yo daughter lighting a firework. Ex promptly informs the police. So, not only fireworks in a banned area, but child endangerment.

While I think the child endangerment is pushing it, I live in a state where fireworks are legal. My children also have lighted small fireworks (with parental supervision).

7 days in prison for murder.

Wednesday, June 20th, 2007

Mary Winkler killed her husband and will have to serve 7 days in prison.

Technically, they gave her time served while she was in jail attending her trial, but it was a total of 210 days. Time served with 60 days in the hospital, 7 days in prison and then probation.

With todays domestic violence resources, to stay in an abusive relationship and claim self defense doesn’t make sense. And this case has some weird actions by her over money and no history of abuse.

Anyways, 7 days for murder of an alleged abusive husband shows why mens rights needs to be on equal footing in this country. This is disrespectful and the DA should appeal the sentence. If the scenario was reverse, NOW would be in large protests across america, and elected government officials would be making statements to the news.
